Sk\u00f6rden sker f\u00f6r hand fr\u00e5n vildv\u00e4xande buskar, n\u00e5got som \u00e4r ovanligt idag n\u00e4r det mesta av den rooibos som s\u00e4ljs \u00e4r kommersiellt odlad. Kooperativet vi samarbetar med har b\u00e5de odlad och vild rooibos, och vi valde den vilda eftersom den uppvisar ett helt annat djup och l\u00e4ngd i smaken. Rooibos inneh\u00e5ller precis som te en ansenlig dos antioxidanter, men till skillnad fr\u00e5n te har det inget koffein \u00f6verhuvudtaget, n\u00e5got som g\u00f6r att det passar utm\u00e4rkt som kv\u00e4llste.
