4. shipping & shipping methods
Within Sweden, the shipping cost is SEK 39 regardless of weight. For shipments outside Sweden, the price is calculated by weight, and you can see what the freight will be before you choose to pay.
4.2 Deliverables
Our ambition is to send orders within 1-3 working days, unless otherwise stated when ordering. The delivery takes place to the address you specified at the time of ordering.
4.3 Uncollected order
It is your responsibility to redeem the shipment at the delivery point within the time stated in the notification you received. In the event that you request that delivery be made to another person, you are responsible for providing a valid mobile number or valid e-mail address where the notification is to be made and the person who then receives the notification is responsible for redeeming the shipment. It may be a good idea to notify the recipient of the order, so that the person in question can redeem the shipment if required. If the package cannot be received upon delivery, or is not picked up at the delivery point, it will be returned to us, and we may then charge a reasonable amount for shipping and administrative costs. If this cost is not paid, the claim is submitted to debt collection. If the delivery is to be collected in store, it must be collected within three weeks to avoid the order being cancelled.
4.4 Damaged goods and complaints
When receiving your goods, it is important that you immediately check that the goods are not damaged or incorrect. Should the item be incorrect or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via email. Write to the address inquiry@inthemoodfortea.se and you will receive further instructions. You have a 3-year right of complaint according to Swedish law.
5. right of cancellation and open purchase
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The right of withdrawal can only be used if the product can be returned in its original packaging and is in essentially unchanged condition. You have the right to open the packaging and try the product, but it may not be used beyond this. When exercising the right of withdrawal/open purchase, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. The right of withdrawal is not covered by food (e.g. loose tea), with the exception of sealed packaging (e.g. our matcha is sealed). If you are not satisfied with your tea that you bought from us, you are welcome to contact us and we can come up with a solution as we are happy that you as a customer will be satisfied.
6. repayment obligation
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we must refund the full amount of the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods.
