This high quality Long Jing (Lung Ching) is a green tea from Hangzhou Prefecture in Zhejiang. Long Jing, also known as Dragon Well, is one of the world's most famous and valued green teas and has a rich history spanning centuries and deeply rooted in Chinese culture and tradition.
Long Jing tea is known for its flat, emerald green leaves, carefully handpicked and processed to preserve their unique shape and quality. When brewed, the tea leaves release a mild, nutty aroma and a sweet, grassy flavour with hints of chestnut.
