Keemun is one of China’s most prestigious and internationally renowned black teas and has rightly been nicknamed the “Burgundy of teas” for its deep, complex flavour profile and full-bodied structure. This character is rooted in Keemun’s origins in Anhui Province, a region considered one of the world’s oldest and most respected tea growing regions. With its humid climate and rich soil, Anhui provides optimal conditions to bring out the unique aromatic and flavourful qualities that characterise this tea.

Our Keemun Spring Fragrance, whose leaves are hand-picked during the early spring harvest, exemplifies this multifaceted flavour tradition. Careful processing allows the leaves to develop a deep, round and well-balanced flavour, where notes of citrus, fine chocolate, and precious wood emerge in a harmonious way.
